To give a glimpse into what I eat every day and also to keep myself honest, I’m going to frequently post what I’m having for dinner, either here or on Instagram (I haven’t made the account yet, but it’s coming very soon).

Today, it’s fresh, crispy green beans from my garden that I’ll lightly steam and then finish off with a little olive oil, garlic and sea salt. A big bowl of fresh fruit rounds out my meal; with a ripe banana, organic deep red cherries, and a yellow freestone peach from a small fruit farm near our house.
