Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
We do not accept media uploads on libido.com. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We have a contact form at https://www.libido.com/contact-me/. This form collects name, email address and message in order for visitors to our website to contact us with questions or other information. This contact form sends the information to us via email to our contactus@libido.com email address. This information is only used by us to respond to inquiries and is never shared with third parties. We do not delete emails received from our website visitors so that we may keep a record of inquiries. The emails may be archived and sorted into folders.
We also have forms built into various pages and pop-ups that collect information to sign a user up for our newsletter, in addition to a newsletter sign-up page located at https://www.libido.com/newsletter_signup/. We collect name and email address. This information is sent directly to MailChimp.com, our email subscription provider. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with
We do not share your personally identifiable data with third parties. If you sign up for the email newsletter subscription, your data is stored at MailChimp for the purpose to sending the newsletters.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you subscribe to the email newsletter, we will retain your data for as long as you remain a subscriber. It is your responsibility to unsubscribe when you want to discontinue receiving the email newsletter. Each newsletter will include a link for you to click to unsubscribe.
